Relaxation stresses me out

Tuesday is art therapy day. I’ve decided that since all I can draw is shitty stick figures, I will make shitty stick figures my thing. Well, that and finger painting. Every week we also have relaxation groups which are largely based on mindfulness techniques (if you’ve ever had anything to do with mental health services, chances are you’ve been urged to try mindfulness, but if you’ve never heard of it, info’s here). I find these sort of challenging:
