The most disruptive symptoms of my mental health problems are self-harm and bulimia. Realistically, I am going to talk about those sometimes. I’m not going to be going into any details of methods or posting anything I would find too triggering, and if individual posts are a particular risk I’ll flag it up, but if mentions of eating disorders, self-harm or suicidal thoughts are going to be triggering for you or otherwise upset you, it’s probably a good idea to give this blog a miss.
